Temu ships its products from suppliers and manufacturers, using experienced and reliable logistics partners. Temu's shipping origins can vary depending on the product being purchased. However, Temu works with leading package carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and securely to customers.

1) Starting from 09/03/2024, orders in the statistics will appear two days after they are placed. In your personal account on our service, the order date will match the date the order appears.
2) Discount codes provided by Temu or any third parties can only be used within the United States. Otherwise, cashback will not be credited.
3) The user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data.
4) The rate for a new Temu customer applies only if the account login occurs for the first time. This rate does not apply:
- If the user logs into any account from the same IP address used for a previous login.
- If the user logs back into the same account.
- If the user logs into any account from the same device that was used for a previous login.
- All the above conditions apply even if the order was not completed or the ordering process was not initiated at all.

5) If a user places multiple separate orders within 48 hours, the enhanced cashback may apply only to the first order that appears in the store's system.
6) To ensure cashback is credited, it is recommended to clear cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. Use the Ctrl + Shift + Del shortcut and select "All time" as the time range. Cookies from other affiliate websites may result in a loss of cashback.
7) Cashback is credited only for the actual order amount at the time of placement. Products added later will not be eligible for cashback.
8) Cashback is calculated only on the actual payment amount, excluding any bonus points, Temu credits, payments made from the store's internal wallet, gift cards, or other similar virtual payment methods.
9) Any changes made to the order after it is placed (replacement, addition, or removal of items) will result in cashback being declined.
10) The cashback amount credited to your account may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to differences in exchange rates between the store's operational currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending."

Note: Cashback will not be credited in the following cases:
- For orders placed via the store's mobile app.
- When using promo codes that are not available on our service.
- If the order is partially returned.
- For the purchase of gift cards.
- If the order was paid for using a gift card.
